What we do

We’re not just a new creative hot-shop (you can tell by the grey hairs). Sterling employs the most experienced, wise and dedicated teams across every discipline. From account handling and production to media buying and planning, we are the most experienced professional team you could work with today.
Our specialist market has their own style and walk their own path. We’re telling the industry about them, but we want to do more. We aim to be staging events specifically aimed at older people. They’re wise enough to listen, they’re open enough to accept and they’re young enough to dance.
How we work.
1 ANALYSYS – We start by listening. Then, once we have a clear understanding of a brands’ competitors, insights, demographics, best practice, negatives, imperatives and timings (not forgetting budgets), we toss them into a Moulinex blender and churn them into a manageable and quantifiable form that allows us to get clever.
